About Michelle
A calling, not a career path
Michelle has spent years following a calling rather than a career path — gathering knowledge, tools and wisdom from some of the most profound traditions of human healing, and bringing them together into something entirely her own.
Her foundation is the Alexander Technique, through which she developed a deep understanding of how the body holds our history — and how awareness alone can begin to change it. From there, her path led her to the Tamalpa Institute, home of the internationally recognised Life/Art Process. She trained there in the early stages of her journey — and it left a lasting mark on how she works and how she listens.
She has trained in shamanic practice — learning to work with the wisdom of ceremony, ancestral knowledge and the unseen dimensions of human experience. This thread runs quietly through everything she does: a deep respect for what lies beneath the surface of the ordinary, and an ability to hold the sacred alongside the psychological.
She also brings Faster EFT, parts work, Jungian depth psychology, complex trauma awareness, and her own breathwork practice — Ferning — a somatic process of following the breath inward and upward, gently opening the spine and inviting the body to unfurl.
Michelle works online, one to one, with people who are ready to move. She calls this the Inner Standing Movement — the quiet revolution of turning inward in order to stand more fully in the world.
