Ways of working

Alexander Technique & somatic awareness

Learning to notice what the body is holding — and how to gently, permanently release it. The foundation of everything Michelle does.

Depth coaching & parts work

Drawing on Jungian psychology, Faster EFT and parts work to meet the whole of you — the parts that protect, the parts that grieve, and the parts still waiting to be heard.

Breathwork & embodied movement

Including Michelle's own practice of Ferning — a gentle breathwork and movement process that follows the breath inward, downward and upward, opening the spine and releasing what the body has been holding.

A calling, not a career path

"I'm not a therapist. But something happens in our sessions that people tell me they've never experienced anywhere else."

Michelle has spent years following a calling rather than a career path — gathering knowledge, tools and wisdom from some of the most profound traditions of human healing, and bringing them together into something entirely her own.

Her foundation is the Alexander Technique, through which she developed a deep understanding of how the body holds our history — and how awareness alone can begin to change it. From there, her path led her to the Tamalpa Institute, home of the internationally recognised Life/Art Process. She trained there in the early stages of her journey — and it left a lasting mark on how she works and how she listens.

She has trained in shamanic practice — learning to work with the wisdom of ceremony, ancestral knowledge and the unseen dimensions of human experience. This thread runs quietly through everything she does: a deep respect for what lies beneath the surface of the ordinary, and an ability to hold the sacred alongside the psychological.

She also brings Faster EFT, parts work, Jungian depth psychology, complex trauma awareness, and her own breathwork practice — Ferning — a somatic process of following the breath inward and upward, gently opening the spine and inviting the body to unfurl.

Michelle works online, one to one, with people who are ready to move. She calls this the Inner Standing Movement — the quiet revolution of turning inward in order to stand more fully in the world.

Who Michelle works with

Scapegoating & family dynamics

For those cast as the difficult one, the problem, the carrier of what others won't hold. Finding your way back to yourself.

Worldview shifts & conscious awakening

For people navigating a profound change in how they see the world — and the isolation, judgment and broken relationships that can follow. Whatever you believe, you deserve a space without shame.

Betrayal & broken trust

When someone or something has shattered your sense of safety or reality, and you're trying to find solid ground again.

Shame & emotional blocks

The quiet stuck places. The things you can't quite say, move past or let go of. Michelle is extraordinarily skilled at finding the block and gently, permanently shifting it.

Sexual trauma & embodiment

Sensitive, careful work supporting women and men in returning to a sense of wholeness and balance — including the integration of masculine and feminine within.

Getting unstuck

Sometimes there's no dramatic story. Just a sense that life has narrowed and something in you has stopped moving. Michelle is very good at finding what that is.

Michelle is not a regulated therapist or counsellor, and she doesn't offer clinical treatment. What she offers is something rarer — a deeply experienced, intuitively gifted practitioner who holds space with intelligence, warmth and precision, drawing on an unusually broad range of healing traditions.

Her clients say she's the best they've ever worked with. We'll let that speak for itself.
